芽登第一発電所は、北海道足寄郡足寄町喜登牛に位置し、電源開発が管理している水力発電所です。
昭和33年（1958年）1月に運用を開始しました。
取水は主に音更川､美里別川ですが、合計で８カ所から取水しています。
