尻別第二発電所

発電所の概要

尻別第二発電所は、昭和28年（1953年）8月に運用開始されました。「電源のまち」といわれる新得町に7つある水力発電所のうちの一つです。
運用開始当初は無人の水力発電所として珍しい発電所でした。

尻別第一発電所で使われた水を導水して発電しています。
