発電所の概要

熊追発電所は昭和32年（1957年）10月に運用を開始しました。取水源となる芦別ダムは国土交通省直轄ダムで、国の直轄ダムとしては珍しい治水機能を持たない目的のダムです。
熊追発電所から芦別ダムへは直線距離で約6kmとなっています。
